Conversion of 7500-square-foot warehouse space in El Segundo, CA, to a 22,500-square-foot, three-story, indoor outdoor space. Collaborated with with property owner to develop mixed-use concept that includes office and retail opportunities. Spearheaded multiple teams of design, branding, culinary, and hospitality consultants including Studio UNLTD, Cultivate Hospitality Group and FaustLevito.
